Our approach is working with you;

• Liaise directly with consultants to ensure that all works are being executed with the documentation.
• Conduct weekly project team meeting with all consultants and the client - formal minutes conducted and distributed by Designer Project Group.
• Company director will conduct bi-weekly project overview and problem solving meeting with project manager.
• All monetary matters are referred to the client for advice.
